I'm getting on my bike for Spring Cycle! But I need your help.

Every 24 seconds, someone in Australia reaches out to Lifeline for support.

This October, I'll be taking part in the Spring Cycle, and for me, this ride is deeply personal.

Many people don't know that during one of the toughest times of my life, I reached out to Lifeline. When I was pregnant with my son, his father left. I was suddenly facing pregnancy on my own, without the support I had expected. I felt overwhelmed, frightened, and incredibly alone.

I called Lifeline because I needed someone to talk to—someone who would simply listen. That conversation didn't solve everything, but it reminded me that I wasn't alone. In one of my darkest moments, there was someone there for me.

Today, I'm incredibly grateful to say that I'll be riding the Spring Cycle with my son by my side. It feels especially meaningful because he was the little boy I was carrying during one of the hardest chapters of my life. Being able to ride together is a reminder of how far we've come and why this cause means so much to me.

Every day, more than 3,000 people reach out to Lifeline, each with their own story and their own struggles. That's why I'm riding—to help ensure Lifeline can continue to be there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so that no one has to face their toughest moments alone.

If you're able to support my fundraiser, I'd be incredibly grateful. Every donation, no matter the size, helps Lifeline continue providing hope, connection, and a listening ear when it's needed most.

Thank you for supporting my ride, and for helping ensure Lifeline can be there for anyone, anytime.
