Spring Cycle - Ray Rooks

I'm getting in on the Spring Cycle for LifeLine! and would lover your help.

This year I will be joining the Sydney Spring Cycle Classic for Lifeline.

I am doing this in support of my own mental health, but more so raise funds for Lifeline to help those that really need it , every 24 seconds, someone in Australia will reach out to Lifeline. 

I reflect on my own personal experiences and while I am lucky to have friends and family I can talk to, so many more feel that can't or don't and this is where Lifeline comes in.

My ride this October will be me striving for personal bests throughout the ride but more importantly a powerful show of support for the more than 3,000 people who urgently need someone to listen each day,

I have set a very modest goal of $750 but would love to see how much more we can raise for Lifeline
